Wearing Method:

1-Position the air injection nozzle on upper right side of your abdomen and wear the product with the cotton-lined side facing your skin.

2-Put on the left belt,right belt and auxilliary belt . When you wear the belt,center the logo,Disk Dr.,on your abdomen.

3-Make sure that the air release screw of the air injection nozzle is tight.

4-Connect the air injection tongs of air pump with the air release screw of the air injection nozzle.

5-Inflate the traction belt by moving the handle up and down repeatedly till the belt is inflated completely.

6-Finish wearing by pressing the air injection tongs and removing it from air injection nozzle.(You can hear a little noise from the air discharged while removing the air injection tongs, but the sound is normal).
